Canneberges NB Cranberries Agency is a non-profit organization representing all cranberry growers in New Brunswick. The Agency operates through a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of six growers of New Brunswick cranberries, and is legislated through the Natural Products Act as administered by the New Brunswick Farm Products Commission.
Commercial plantings of cranberries in NB began in 1994. As of 2025, cranberry production in New Brunswick is spread across 20 farms with 981 acres in active production and 35 acres of new plantings. New Brunswick reported a cranberry yield of 20,035,797 pounds, averaging 20,644 pounds per acres, despite drought conditions during the growing season.
